It is with great excitement and anticipation that I extend a warm welcome to each of you as we embark on a transformative journey into the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB-MYP) in Hope Christian High School.

The MYP, with its emphasis on inquiry-based learning, global context, and holistic development, suitably aligns with our mission to empower students to thrive and succeed in an ever-changing world.
The IB MYP open boundless opportunities for collaboration locally and globally, broadening our network and experiences for better intercultural understanding, appreciating diversity while strengthening our identity, sharpening the critical thinking, communicative and problem solving skills which are relevant to the changes and challenges of times. Our students will explore wide and diverse range of subjects, guided by passionate educators who are dedicated to igniting the intellectual inquisitiveness, honing the lifelong skills and advancing their individual competencies and potential.
Through the MYP, our students will deepen and broaden their understanding of academic disciplines, cultivate essential skills such as research, collaboration, communication, self-management and reflection. They will learn to think critically, to ask probing questions, and to approach challenges with resilience and adaptability—skills that are essential for success in the 21st century and beyond.
Moreover, the MYP embodies the spirit of global citizenship, encouraging students to engage with the world around them, to embrace cultural diversity, and to take action to create positive change.
